EU ORDERS: NO EXTRA TAXES TO BE PAID
1. We use multiple different courier services, dependant on your location.
2. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.
3. You will need to ensure someone is able to sign for your delivery as proof of receipt
4. Please ensure that the address details you provide are accurate as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered the incorrect address when ordering so please enter your details carefully
5. UK Standard delivery charge is currently £3.99 and will be delivered within 1-3 Working days
6. UK Next Day Delivery charge is £4.99 and will be delivered within 1 Working day if ordered before 1:00pm Monday - Thursday. Next Day delivery orders placed after 1:00pm on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Tracking information is provided.
7. We aim to deliver all European orders within 5 working days.
8. We aim to deliver all other international orders between 5-10 working days
9. Please bear in mind it is your responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in your country.
10. You will not be refunded for the shipping you have paid if you refuse delivery.
We hope that you love all of our products however if for any reason you would like to return then please see our policy below:
1. The item will need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies to both domestic & international customers.
UK customers: Use Royal Mail signed for service when returning a parcel.
2. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. That includes any amount you paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.
3. All items must be completely undamaged and unworn with the tag still on and all of the packaging in-tact. Please note, if an item is returned to us without the original tag on it, we will not contact you and will not return the item back to you.
4. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it is returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund.

6. International Customers - Unfortunately some couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes so If you are an international customer please email email@example.com and we will advise you how to return your parcel.
7. Unfortunately it is not free to return to us and will need to be paid for by the customer.
8. Please also obtain Proof of Postage which clearly shows our Return Address and the date it was sent when you return your item in case we do not receive it.
9. All returns will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt subject to the Terms & Conditions above.
10. If you enter your address incorrectly when you checkout and the parcel is returned to us by the courier company you will need to pay for shipping again.
1. Some items on our website will be on "pre-order" due to very high demand and popularity. Pre-order simply means that we do not have that particular item in stock right now & are giving our customers a chance to pre-order it so that they don't miss out when it comes back into stock.
Pre-ordered items vary on timescale but we usually have your pre-ordered item despatched and on it's way to you within 10-14 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you place the order and then another once we have despatched your item.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS WITHIN ONE ORDER AND AT LEAST ONE OF THOSE ITEMS IS ON PRE-ORDER YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT THE PRE-ORDER TIME PERIOD BEFORE ALL OF YOUR ITEMS IN THE ORDER ARE DESPATCHED.
For example, if you ordered an in-stock item and an item on pre-order which takes 5 working days to despatch, both of your items will be despatched together in 5 working days time.
