We hope that you love all of our products however if for any reason you would like to return then please see our policy below:
1. The item will need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies to both domestic & international customers.
2. SALE ITEMS PURCHASED ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
3. Any items purchased with a discount code or automatic discount at checkout worth over 20% off cannot be returned or refunded.
4. We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. That includes any amount you paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item.
5. All items must be completely undamaged and unworn with the tag still on and all of the packaging in-tact. Please note, if an item is returned to us without the original tag on it, we will not contact you and will not return the item back to you.
6. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it is returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund.

International Customers - Unfortunately some couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes so If you are an international customer please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you how to return your parcel.
9. Unfortunately it is not free to return to us and will need to be paid for by the Customer
10. Please also obtain Proof of Postage which clearly shows our Return Address and the date it was sent when you return your item in case we do not receive it.
11. All returns will be refunded within 10 working days of receipt subject to the Terms & Conditions above.
